Each ScentSational Breeze candle is carefully packaged and typically ships within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to your home.

At this time, ScentSational Breeze ships within the United States. As our brand continues to grow, we hope to expand shipping to additional locations in the future.

We want you to love your candle. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned, but we may offer a replacement or store credit for items that arrive damaged.

For the best experience and longest burn time:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use
• Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
• Do not burn your candle for longer than 3–4 hours at a time
• Never leave a candle burning unattended
