How long does my order take to ship?
Each ScentSational Breeze candle is carefully packaged and typically ships within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your candle as it makes its way to your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, ScentSational Breeze ships within the United States. As our brand continues to grow, we hope to expand shipping to additional locations in the future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your candle. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned, but we are happy to provide a replacement or store credit for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice:
During warmer months, candles may soften slightly during transit. If this happens, allow the candle to return to room temperature before lighting. This will not affect the quality or performance.
